What We're Looking For
- 5+ Years Experience in Residential Service Plumbing
- Own Hand Tools/Power Tools (Specialty tools provided as needed)
- Ability to Diagnose & Troubleshoot Common Plumbing Issues
- General Knowledge of Local Plumbing Codes & Requirements
- Ability to Work Independently & Efficiently
- Great Communication Skills - Verbal & Written
Duties Include Installation, Diagnosis and Repair of:
- Water Heaters - including recirculation pumps and pilot assemblies
- Faucets - including cartridges, supply lines and angle stops
- Sinks - including garbage disposals, traps and drain assembly
- Toilets - including fill valves, flush valves and wax rings
- Tub/Shower - including control valves, cartridges, shower heads and installing/replacing trim.
- Gas/Propane Lines - including valves, leaks
- Pressure Regulators - including replacement, testing and leak locating
- Leaks, Snaking, Jetting, Rooting, Camera Inspections
